Returns-

Returns are accepted for store credit only

We will provide store credit via gift card to your email, once we get your return and it has been processed

—Items must include order number or name the order was placed under 

—Merchandise must have tags ATTACHED and be in NEW condition. This means, unworn, unwashed, odor free and must not contain ANY markings from deodorant, make-up, etc. in order to receive exchange or store credit for the returned item(s). If any of the above are found on the product upon return, we will return the item to you and you are required to pay shipping.

—Arrow M Apparel is NOT responsible for lost OR stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service team so they can assist you.

—Arrow M Apparel is NOT responsible for Return to Sender packages - you WILL be sent a reship invoice to resend your package back out. You will not be able to just receive a refund.

Canceling Orders 

If you wish to cancel an order, there is a 20% restocking fee to cancel. If the items has shipped, you will need to return the item and you will be issued store credit.
